3. Data Sharing

We never sell personal data. Information may be shared with subcontractors performing work on your behalf, payment processors, insurance providers, and law enforcement when legally required. All third parties are bound by confidentiality agreements.

1. Acceptance

By using our website or engaging our services, you accept these Terms. If you disagree with any provision, discontinue use immediately.

2. Scope of Services

Pure Nest Home provides home renovation, installation, security integration, and warranty services. All work is governed by a signed project contract specifying scope, materials, timeline, and costs. We reserve the right to modify service offerings without prior notice.

3. Pricing & Payment

Written estimates are valid for 30 calendar days. A 30% deposit is required to schedule work. Progress payments are due at agreed milestones. The final balance is due upon completion and client approval. Late payments accrue interest at 1.5% per month.

4. Cancellation Policy

Cancellations 7+ days before start: full refund minus $200 admin fee. Within 7 days: 15% of estimated total is non-refundable. After work begins: refund is limited to the value of uncompleted work minus material procurement costs.

5. Warranties

2-year workmanship warranty from completion date. Material warranties vary by manufacturer and are assigned to the client. Warranty claims must be filed within the applicable period and include documentation.

6. Liability Limit

Total liability is capped at the amount paid for the specific service in dispute. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages including but not limited to loss of use, inconvenience, or property damage beyond the work area.

7. Dispute Resolution

Disputes will first undergo mediation. Unresolved matters proceed to binding arbitration under AAA rules in Austin, TX. Each party bears its own legal fees unless the arbitrator decides otherwise.

1. Service Satisfaction

Since services are custom and labor-intensive, refunds are evaluated case-by-case. Report dissatisfaction within 14 days of project completion. We'll inspect the work and either correct issues at no charge or provide a proportional credit.

2. Material Returns

Unused, unopened materials: returnable within 30 days for a full refund minus 10% restocking. Custom or special-order materials are non-returnable unless defective. Return shipping is the client's responsibility.

3. Defective Products

Defective materials will be replaced free of charge or refunded in full. Report defects within 7 days of delivery with photos and order details. We'll coordinate with manufacturers on your behalf.

4. Warranty Claims

Covered issues are repaired at zero cost. If repair isn't feasible, a proportional refund based on the affected scope is issued. Warranty does not cover damage from misuse, natural disasters, or unauthorized modifications.

5. Processing Time

Approved refunds process within 10–15 business days to the original payment method. Credit card refunds may take an additional 3–5 days to appear on statements.
